Founded in 2015, Deep Brewing Co. is a Tallahassee-local craft taproom and kitchen with a passion for creating the finest small-batch brews, unique food, and more! What started as a deep dive into home brewing by Co-Founder and Head Brewer Ryan S. LaPete, has evolved into a community-loved brewery and kitchen. Deep’s identity is rooted in Ryan’s background as a commercial and scientific diver. That spirit of exploration flows through every pint they pour and the names cast upon their unique brews and menu items by Co-Founder and Executive Chef, Justo “Justin” Cruz.

Their underwater theme is more than just branding; it’s a nod to discovery, depth, and the desire to keep pushing boundaries in the food and beverage industry.
