Event Sponsorship + Donation Requests
Deep Brewing Co. is proud to support the Tallahassee community. While we receive many requests, we do our best to partner with organizations that align with our values. If you’re interested in a donation or event sponsorship, please review the guidelines below before submitting the request form.
Donation + Sponsorship Guidelines
In-kind donations only: We do not offer cash donations or paid sponsorships.
Brewery presence required: We participate directly in all supported events; we do not ship beer for others to pour.
Request timeline: Please submit your request at least 6 weeks before your event. Limited exceptions may be available but cannot be guaranteed.
Nonprofit requirement: All events must be affiliated with a 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) organization. Proof of status is required.
Compliance with Florida law: Beer can only be donated to licensed events. Public or outdoor charity events must secure a temporary liquor license from the Florida DBPR. Events at licensed venues must be open to the public and beer must be served without charge.
Due to request volume, responses may take 5–10 business days. Although we value every inquiry, our commitment to purposeful involvement means we can only sponsor select events that align with our guidelines.
